Assessment & Training
AI Readiness Assessments and Training are important elements to AI adoption and success. Our VCAIO comes prepared to design a comprehensive AI strategy tailored to your specific business needs and goals while considering best practices, security and ethics. This includes:
- Conducting an initial assessment of your current AI capabilities, understandings and opportunities
- Identifying key areas where AI can be implemented to drive growth and efficiency
- Developing a roadmap and timeline for AI integration

Custom AI+ML Projects
The natural evolution in AI is to make it your own. This typically occurs after you achieve a high adoption/success rate. Your understanding of how AI can fundamentally change how you operate your business and as such custom projects to work with your specific network data and systems become necessary. Our VCAIO will work with you to design the best solution to enhance your specific requirements/ideas. Here are a couple examples of projects we have completed:
- Demand Forecasting– This project involved utilizing the prior 24 months of POS “Point-of-Sale” transactional data to forecast the upcoming 12 months. We utilize Machine Leaning algorithms to perform the forecasting and AI to reason the results and give insights. To put the value of this in perspective, a 1% forecast improvement on a $50 miliion company could save as much as $1.52 million. Our process was able to produce a 15% -25% improvement.
- Customer Sentiment – We were able to utilize ML+AI to evaluate customer information from sales calls, and determine the sentiment being express from the customer with a through analysis of where improvement is needed with suggestions.
Annual Retainer
Our VCAIO can be contracted per project hour or on Annual Retainer. When our VCAIO is on Annual Retainer they become an extension of your team, there to lead you through your AI journey.
